At approximately 23m2, these upgraded studios feature all the essentials of our standard layout – a 3/4 bed, private kitchen, study area, and en-suite bathroom – with more space to relax, spread out, and make the room your own.

Located on floors 1-7 , Classic Plus Studios are ideal for students looking for added comfort without compromising on style. Whether you’re hosting a friend, working on a deadline, or enjoying a quiet night in, the larger layout gives you the flexibility to do it all.

As with all our studio options, you’ll also enjoy full access to the building’s communal spaces, including the cinema room, on-site gym, study areas, and inviting social lounges designed to bring residents together.

Studio kitchens are fitted with induction hobs, so induction-compatible pans are required.
