Your fully equipped kitchenette includes hobs, a microwave, oven, and fridge—ideal for cooking at your own pace, whether it's a quick snack or meal prep for the week ahead. There's also a dedicated study area with a desk and chair, so you can get to work in peace whenever you need to.

The Tannery combines convenience and community with thoughtful amenities tailored for student life in Leeds. From the outdoor social space to secure bike storage and on-site laundry, everything is designed to support your daily routine. Vending machines and recycling points add further convenience, while optional printing services are available at an extra cost when required.
