The Premium Room at Spring Gardens offers extra space and comfort in a shared student living environment. Each 17.5m2 bedroom is fully furnished with a 3/4 size bed, under bed storage, a wardrobe, and a personal study area — giving you all the essentials in a larger, more comfortable living space.

You’ll share a kitchen and bathroom with 6 to 7 flatmates, creating a sociable and community-focused atmosphere that’s perfect for making friends and easing into student life.

At Spring Gardens, student life is supported by a wide range of amenities that balance comfort and safety. From relaxing in the outdoor social area to managing your day-to-day with laundry, recycling points, and vending machines, everything is right where you need it. You’ll also benefit from secure bike storage, CCTV, contents insurance, a full fire safety system, and 24/7 support from the on-site team. Car parking is available on-site for an additional fee, offering even more flexibility.
